Pass Fast Academy – Instructor Terms and Conditions
1. Agreement to Provide Services
By agreeing to take on a student through Pass Fast Academy, the instructor enters into a contractual agreement to deliver driving lessons and support in preparation for the student’s practical driving test.
Instructors agree to:
Deliver the full number of lesson hours paid for.
Support the student in preparation for their driving test.
Take the student to the driving test, unless otherwise arranged.
2. Conduct and Professional Standards
All instructors are expected to:
Maintain a valid driving instructor license (ADI or PDI).
Act professionally and respectfully at all times.
Be punctual, reliable, and communicative with both the student and Pass Fast Academy.
Refrain from canceling lessons without valid reason or prior notice.
3. Test Commitment and Cancellations
Once an instructor has agreed to take on a student, they are committed to taking that student to their booked driving test.
If an instructor cannot fulfil the booking, they must provide at least 10 working days’ notice before the test date. This aligns with DVSA’s test cancellation policy for refunds or changes.
Failure to provide 10 working days’ notice may result in the instructor being held liable for the test fee and/or replacement costs.
4. Payment Terms and Refund Responsibility
Instructors are paid in advance by Pass Fast Academy once the student is confirmed.
Payment covers the full course, including all lesson hours and test support.
If the instructor cancels, fails to deliver the full service, or does not take the student to their test, they are required to:
Immediately refund the full or remaining balance.
Cover any DVSA test cancellation fees if applicable.
Failure to refund will result in:
Suspension from receiving future student assignments.
Legal recovery of funds.
Possible reporting to the DVSA or other relevant bodies.
5. Communication Requirements
Instructors must keep in regular contact with the student and Pass Fast Academy.
Any issues, delays, or concerns must be reported as soon as possible.
Lack of communication may be treated as breach of agreement.
6. Data Protection and Privacy
Instructors agree to keep student information confidential.
Personal data must only be used to coordinate lessons and for official purposes relating to the student’s course.
7. Termination of Agreement
Pass Fast Academy reserves the right to remove an instructor from its network if they:
Fail to meet professional or conduct expectations.
Cancel repeatedly or without notice.
Breach any of the above conditions.
